The U-3 pod is a small easy to use evacuation vehicle STEP:1 undock and use rcs to boost away STEP:2 face retrograde, set throttle to max, and activate stage 1 STEP:3 re-enter at 1000 feet agl activate stage 2 & 3, splashdown/land and evacuate the pod.
