SCP-999, or the Tickle Monster, is a Safe Class object that was acquired by the foundation shortly after it came into existence.

Origins

SCP-999 is one of seven children of the Scarlet King, whom is an evil humanoid demon like creature hellbent on the destruction of the current state of the world, and bring humanity back to feudalism. Ironically, a child of pure evil became a force of pure joy, good, and happiness.

Abilities

SCP-999 is able to brighten up anybody’s day simply by touching them. He specifically likes to “target” depressed people and people dealing with PTSD, as they are the most in need of his abilities.

Containment Procedures

The only current restrictions put on SCP-999 are rules forbidding him from leaving the facility, but he is allowed to roam freely in the facility. Foundation staff are welcome to visit him whenever they like on break as he will not cause harm with intention, and is, as stated, a being of pure joy, good, and happiness, so any harm done if purely accidental. He only eats sugary foods like candy, and is to have his food changed 2 times a day.

DISCLAIMER! I used XML/Tinker Panel editing to get the weight of SCP-999 to be accurate, so you can’t use him in career mode. I can’t fully confirm this for every low mass objects, but I had trouble moving SCP-999 on Luna when I took the 4rth picture, so test it out, and tell me what objects are not good and good to use him on!

If you like my replica of SCP-999 and want me to do more, then ask me, and I will try my best. However, I do want to build up, so no SCP-096 or SCP-682 just yet, but ones like SCP-131 and SCP-35 are good for starting ones. I can’t wait on what you people think about this!
