Career Sergeaa Drone

Earn 1015 tp for ~$ 16M in 2 hrs 10 min by visiting all 5 landmarks on Sergeaa using a single drone.

Auto launch from DSC Bay to low Droo orbit,
lock on Luna and wait till its true anomaly ~260 degrees, setup burn node of 1340 m/s prograde and drag the node along orbit to find the closest approach.

Shortly after entering Luna's SOI, setup burn node to reduce inclination to ~10 degrees and periapsis < 200km behind Luna. Complete the burn and setup another burn node in normal direction to further reduce inclination to < 0.05 degree.

Warp till away from Droo's SOI, lock on Sergeaa and setup burn node mainly retrograde and radial in, with minor normal adjustment for Sergeaa encounter.

Shortly after entering Sergeaa's SOI, burn retrograde 1300 m/s and minor radial in to get into polar fly-by with periapsis <5000 km, then burn at periapsis twice to enter ~ 1000 km polar orbit.

Lock on 1 of the landmark near the South pole, burn retrograde ~ 1700 km on top of the target to enter a vertical fall. Lock retrograde and keep speed within 1000 m/s until AGL ~ 220 km.

Turn on AG1 and lock prograde, wait till the drone face upward, switch to slow motion, AG3 ON and take control of the drone.

When controlling drone, AG1 AG2 ON while AG3 AG5 OFF to operate in fixed-wing mode (blue side up). AG4 leveling optional for cruising in level flight.

For long distance flight, climb to > 70km ASL and AG4 ON. The drone cruise at ~430 m/s for ~400w power consumption.

Quick save when at ~10 km above target, turn the drone nose straight up, AG3 ON to enter VTOL quadcopter mode ( orange side towards front ). RCS translate up to control altitude, other controls normal.

Caution:

Avoid VTOL flight in fast forward.---quadcopter flight control could oscillate and lead to crash.

Avoid pitch and yaw control when speed < 60 m/s in fixed-wing mode.--- Drone could enter spin due to limited stability at very low speed and lead to crash.

Quick save before landing in case of crash and avoid wasting time spent on sub-sonic flight over long distance.
