It was a spacecraft that was referred by some as a zombie satellite because it reactivated after 13 years because of the rediscovery of it by Scott Tilley. Anyways it was launched on a Delta II 7326-9.5 rocket in 2000. It was launched on a polar elliptical orbit.
Also it's other names are MIDEX-1 and Explorer 78. I updated the entire spin table and it's PAM-D. The PAM-D here is another version of it though. The classic one I made still exists.
