Here is my realistic Soyuz FG model.
The model has a working launch tower with hold down clamps.
The model performs best on about 75% Thrust until the boosters separate. The launch abort system is modelled and can be activated in the activation group tab. Hit ABORT and the LET will pull the crew capsule free from the rocket. Once the fuel is depletid on the LET, press the ABORT JETTISON button twice. This separates the crew capsule from the LET. This has a docking port up front and makes for the perfect spacecraft to dock with my ISS model.
LAUNCH STAGES:
Stage 1: Main engine ignition.
Stage 2: Hold down clamp and fuel line release.
Stage 3: Booster Separation.
Stage 4: Launch Escape Tower Jettison.
Stage 5: Fairing Separation.
Stage 6: Second Stage Ignition (this should be activated 2 seconds before the first stage cutoff.)
Stage 7: Second stage Separation.
Stage 8: Second stage Engine fairing jettison.
ORBIT STAGES:
Stage 9: Spacecraft Separation.
AFTER RE-ENTRY STAGES:
Stage 10: Heat shield separation (while under parachute).
Stage 11: Landing retro rockets (fire at approx 30m AGL).
The spacecraft also has antenna which can be turned on in the activation groups tab and controlled using sliders.
To fully enjoy this model, please familiarise yourself with the soyuz launch sequence. Details can be found on the below video from ESA.

Doesn't the top part of the soyuz (the ball thingy) seperate before reentry?
@Muntster yes, there is a interstage that has to be manually activated. Click on the part and turn it on.
