Garud is a powerful and deep space telescope powered by a ion engine with great thrust.It is Telescope inspired by james webb,hubble and astrosat.Its primary objective is to take photos of planets,stars,asteriods and moons.It also helps to establish contact between ground station and Space crafts
Garud is our first space venture.We invested a lot of time and efforts to came out with this craft.
Garud is named after a hindu mythology idol-
Garud is described as the king of the birds and a kite-like figure.He is shown either in a zoomorphic form (a giant bird with partially open wings) or an anthropomorphic form (a man with wings and some ornithic features). Garuda is generally portrayed as a protector with the power to swiftly travel anywhere, ever vigilant and an enemy of every serpent. He is also known as Tarkshya and Vainateya
