In collaboration with a player from Mexico, I designed this small meteorological satellite, although it required prior research to give it institutional validity.

The SMN logos come from an institution called the National Meteorological Service (Servicio Meteorológico Nacional in spanish)

And the name Ehecatl comes from the god of the skies in Mexican mythology.

It is the first Latin American satellite that I do, of course in collaboration with a Latin American person, the truth was quite good to work hand in hand.

The satellite is geostationary so the ideal orbit is between a range of 3000 to 3500 km. the fuel is enough to put it in those orbits.

The original Latin American satellites are launched on an Atlas rocket, but since I don't have one and the information behind the operation of the satellites is very little, I decided to do it from scratch.

Tuve que aprender un poco de español para escribir esto, haha. I thank my translator for that. Y saludos a los chicos de México.
