Why use boring monopropelant RCS when you can have HINGED SOLID ENGINES?!
Burning solid dreams in hinge-gimbals engines on the first two stages can get the mediocre kerolox third stage to orbit before burning the solid metal body in the heat of reentry. But you cant see this because some sketchy codes guides your view away to what matters: the emptiness of the vast cold outer space.
try it, like I said, It's CHEAP!
oh, and don't trust the numbers, there's some deltaV on the last stage, but the second one is the primary
