Auto Credit Based on Willst0's sea plane mk 2?

useing a free spin rotater and a rod with jets in a spiral(like tip jets) i think this works pretty well as a convincing piston prop engine and preforms kinda like one aswell. just a test.

@kittman it would be great if they added more ways to make engines and new mechanics to the game like that also funny story lol.

@Arstotzka oh yeah also I'm a bit scared rocket engines would make ugly rocket trails

I do believe you are on to something here. it's the most novel approach to an engine I've seen, turboprop specifically. It continued to apply enough power to maintain level flight with only one of the four jet engines running.
hmmm... makes me wonder if the devs would consider adding a wound-up rubber band to power an otherwise free-spinning prop. just like on little balsa wood toy planes. Hmmm... I recall taping little skyrocket fireworks to the "fuselage" of the balsa wood plane as a kid. I could get maybe a half dozen flights before the balsa wood finally had enough and would burst into flames mid-air. the pyromaniac in me LOVED seeing that. but then the pyromaniac in me became terrified when one of these planes set the grass in my front yard on fire. my best friend (and fellow pyromaniac) helped me create small fire breaks to keep the flames from spreading to the entire yard (a couple acres) using nothing but a shovel and a hoe. when my mom got home that afternoon she found the front yard scorched and my friend and I inside covered with ash, coughing from all the smoke we'd been standing in while beating the fire out. everyone laughs about it today, many years later, but at the time, there was hell to pay. I think I was grounded for two months, had to clean up the burnt area and reseed it, AND had to hand over my hidden stash of fireworks. I argued that the punishment was unfair since we prevented the fire from spreading through the entire yard. My mother over-ruled my objection and punishment was enforced. My friend escaped any punishment and thought that mine was quite funny.
    har har har. 😐
    TL;DR: rubber band motors

@Arstotzka I mean jets work and Im not to worried if its to scaled down its a fake turbo prop anyways right? And yeah I know it has some problems thats why I I made a new one. Its a start right and by "well" I mean flyable as in I was expecting it to just not work. And I had to reduce drag to help with the prop freaking out at around 120-200 mps i don't know much about how that would effect it but I think its a bit better.

@Arstotzka I had no idea pretty much attaching a micro tip jet engine to a free to spit strut would work aswell as it did when I was trying to come up with a alternative to the electric motor. Its really simple aswell. And I redesigned it to look more like a turbo prop
