This is an interplanetary kickstage designed to take payloads of around 10 tonnes to different interplanetary orbits, not just interplanetary transfers. It has a Dragon XL as a payload currently and has a delta-v of 2.69km/s and a TWR of 0.74 in LEO.
(this is a custom craft made from a request by @spacechallenger1986 for their rocket: https://www.simplerockets.com/c/i54Wq3/Dragon-XL-and-falcon9)
The dragon XL is made by @IronManElonMusk: https://www.simplerockets.com/c/i1zdg0/SpaceX-Dragon-XL-cargo-ship

The RCS might be over the top, idk I haven't tested it, if it is you can just decrease the power

I forgot to add solar panels to the kickstage but it should be fine as the payload has them, if not it should be able to handle having some bolted on
