this post decide for remember the maiden and last flight of Space shuttle Challenger, STS-6 and STS-51L mission.
both flight carried Tracking data and Relay Satellite (TDRS) for primary payload. It was series of relay communication satellite between spacecraft and groundbase of nasa
The first mission was STS-6 launch on april 1983 carried TDRS-A. Failed on Inertial Upper stage (IUS) then used attitude control system for reached final orbit. TDRS-1 had operation until 2010
The last mission was STS-51L launch on january 1986 carried TDRS-B, failed and broke-up orbiter during ascent.
rest in peace for 7 crew of Challenger, may god place them in better place.

Hey @Fikri27 I really wanted to make my own space shuttle from scratch but I might be too lazy to do that, so just in case, would you allow me to use your shuttle and modify it for my own version just in case?
craft ID for TDRS-B after deployed must be
"STS-6 and STS-51L-5-11"
so it can be read on telemetry display from the ground. if it not, you can rename the craft
if you had trouble with camera position, try craft on predecessor post
