Auto Credit Based on Mostly's [STEAM KEY PRIZES] Airlift Challenge 2023

Note(s):
- This is NOT a replica, it is based off of the various submissions that douglas submitted to the Cx-hls (C-5) program, with inspiration from Boeing’s submission as well.
- This is my very first aircraft that I have made ( from scratch) so keep an open mind reviewing it.
- This aircraft is a perfect platform for launching SSTO’s, Drones, Lunar shuttles (wink wink), and god knows what else and I give full permission for people to modify/use it to their liking, as long as I am briefly credited

Background:
This design is inspired by the various submissions that Douglas sent in for the C-5 program and features the nose of Douglas’ model 906, and the fuselage & wings of the model 890, along with the engine configuration seen on Boeing’s CX-HLS submission. It also has a livery similar to that seen on various aircraft of the era.

Specs:
Max Speed: 427 knots (211 m/s)
Never exceed Speed: 215-230 m/s
Service ceiling: 36,000 ft

Controls:
Slider 1: Flaps
AG 2 + slider 2: ramp
AG 3 + slider 2: Front door.

Recommendations:
Don’t go over the never exceed speed, or plane go boom boom
Don’t bank greater than 70-80 degrees or plane go boom boom (again)
For Optimal payload capacity, simply decrease the amount of fuel in the wing tanks ( I was able to carry up to 800 tons @ 20% fuel )

Reflection:
Overall I’m happy with how it came out, the exterior is cosmetically appealing, but I feel like the interior was greatly overlooked and bad, I also should’ve added a rear cargo door, but I could not figure out how to properly set it up. I may make a future shuttle/SSTO carrying variant and/or a twin hulled variant in the near future.
thanks for reading , have fun flying
