Welcome to our... weird experimental plane!
The Pelican is a supersonic cargo transporter, it can carry 30 tons at mach 1.5, and it suprisingly has high range and it's able to fit the "Colibri" QRDP XT2020 (small combat plane)
Thanks to the new MJ-1050H engines, it not only offers high speed and efficency, but also a kind of cheap plane, at only 13.8 million dollars, this plane can operate at a low cost.
And there will be more longer versions of this plane soon.

@SpacePlanePilot btw, the dropped wings are done because with that the COL is equalized to the height of the COM, that means that it doesn't get unstable in flight.
