@CursedGriefer thanks, the Excelsior was the first Federation ship I had seen that was way bigger than the Enterprise. It was first introduced in the classic Trek movie, Star Trek 3 the search for Spock.

@Thunderstorm5796 thanks, I always really liked the Excelsior too. The Excelsior was also the first Federation ship that radically outsized the classic ships. Since it's design was seen in classic movies and the next generation show, it had to been a good ship too put in generations of service, plus who knows how many refits, lol
