Tureican State Legislature recognized the needed for a more modern to replaced their aging PGF-2 and ACU-9 fleet's which although updated to modern standards their airframes are deemed as obsolete. So the Tureican State Legislature began the Advanced Combat Multi-Role Fighter program assigning 4 Aerospace companies, Avsro Industries, Secutar Dynamica, Ursuslaet Engineering, and Sersi. Only 2 companies by 2038 had made fighters deemed worthy to go into service which were the PGF-9A Mallard by Avsro Industries and the ACU-15A Corkeg from Secutar Dynamica.
