I couldn't find a suitable Career-Compatible craft for meeting these milestones, so I made this. As with all Aurora Aerospace products, this is untinkered and Career-Compatible.

It's a quick and dirty modification of Aurora Aerospace's basic Air Truck design (to be released at a later date), tailored specifically to meet the Career Mode 150 m/s water speed milestone.

The design is an air truck with a 50 meter sounding rod hanging off of the bottom. Why is there a wheel on the end? Because the game won't give you credit if just the rod is in the water, so I had to put a wheel on the end so it would think it's grounded. There's probably a better solution, but I haven't found it yet.

To get the milestone:
1) Take off from DSC Eastward runway, minimize climbout. Once over water, deploy sounding rod (AG 1)
2) Set speed to 160 m/s (~22% throttle). Pitch up slightly. Control descent rate by using Up flaps (Slider 1) to push you down. It's much easier to control descent with flaps instead of pitch, and you can get much finer control.
3) At about 60m ASL, set throttle to 75%, continue to descend slowly using flaps to control vertical speed. Recommend going to slow-mo at this point.
4) When the Vizzy readout turns True (grounded), pause. Set throttle to 100%, Flaps to -100% (full down), and Engine vector to vertical (about -80% on Slider 2). See picture 4. Unpause.
At this point the air truck will pitch over sharply because you have a lot of drag on the end of a 50m pole. This is normal, hence why the engines vectored to give you upward thrust
5) Once you've arrested your downward velocity, control altitude using throttle and/or engine vector. See picture 5
6) Get credit for Water Speed Milestone :D

Probably this will be easier if you lighten the load by emptying out most of the fuel tanks. You should have enough fuel to complete this milestone if you empty out the three fuselage tanks, the wings, and the tail, and just leave the centerline tank filled. Or you can do it the hard way and just leave all the tanks filled.
You can also increase thrust by reducing bypass ratio, which will also make it easier. Be warned, the engines are slightly forward of the CoM when vertical, so the craft will rapidly pitch up once you've arrested the descent unless you reduce the engine vector.
