I love this thing man. so i made it be able to do a little of everything. she flies well at 55% and 45° pitch. although you need to put on infinite fuel. shes neutrally buoyant kinda and a prop on the front gets about 5m/s through water, which is fair considering the aerodynamics of it lol but i hope you dont mind.
