Just a normal plane but the wing would like to flex a lot.
Some airliner planes have wingflex. For example, the B787, You can see the wing is flexing in front of other planes, even though is doesn't have a muscle.
Wingflex can happen anytime at flying, depends on the wing shape, wind, etc. The plane's wing must be light and thin to flex, the wings on Airbus' aircraft doesnt flex because it's thicc.
You may found some physics bug or something like broken physics, when the wingtip starts to flex out-of-control.
