My second completely reusable craft.... Fairly simple designs with simple functions.
It is made to land on WATER.... please make sure NOT to land on land, the parachutes are fore an emergency, just in case you approach the water too fast.
The parachutes will not slow down the craft enough to actually land on land

@Sneezitz Oval tanks actually make great craft shapes. It can be very usefull for re-entry without the use of RCS' or gyroscopes. The aerodynamics can be configured (often with oval shapes) to make your craft fly the way it wants. Also, smart use of materials(ie. Wings) can slow the craft down and keep it balanced impressively.
