So this is an rocket inspired by the sea dragon. Just a disclaimer, I did use extreme part Clipping, but that’s just because of SR2 limitations.
So, it’s made to be water launched, and is able to be used in RSS to launch in LEO or a little higher. I made a different version called Cosmo-link. It has 66 individual satellites, but if you are interested it’s my other latest post.
Also, because of water physics, you have to put your quality to highest, to get the best experience.
If you do use medium quality, you have to immediately put throttle to max and act. Stage 1 if you’re water launching (more realistic and preferable).
Anyways, it’s pretty straight forward. But the second stage jettisons the extra side ‘boosters’ for the water launch. Also, it’s important to mention that the rocket doesn’t sink in highest quality.
It is capable of lobbing a whopping 7,500,000 kilograms into space.
This is almost fully reusable. The first stage can be reused by setting prograde and just falling down. Once you slow enough so that the parts aren’t overheating, deploy the large parachutes. Also, aim for the ocean to land.
Anyways, thanks for reading, and I appreciate any feedback!
