How to pilot:
Slider 1 is rotor control, 40% will lift the helicopter, however it is recommended to bind Slider 1 up/down to keys in order to quickly increase/decrease rpm.
Throttle simply pushes the aircraft forward, the heli can fly forward without them though (there are 3 activations in the stage but 2 are the engines, the 3rd is the fuel cell since jet engines don't generate power when running (even though in theory they should??? Right???))
Here's some cringe lore I wrote up because why not :/ (also the nation mentioned 'Mauikuria' is fictional)
The Karask-Muka KM-14 Attack Helicopter is a multirole helicopter. It is used by the Mauikurian Army, Navy and Airforce as a medium attack gunship and low-capacity transport helicopter, with room for 5 troops. The civilian variant, KM-14C features no weapons systems, however is the fastest and most manouverable variant. The first KM-14 variant flew in 1976.
Trivia:
The first KM-14 was a hastily repaired Russian Mi-24 'Hind', that crashed near a Mauikurian base whilst conducting reconaissance. The Mauikurians later acquired more Mi-24's during an assault on an airbase, these were reverse-engineered and better variants of the KM-14 were subsequently produced.
Early variants (including the civilian variant) were notoriouslty difficult to pilot, due to the quick production and lack of understanding of helicopter designs.
