Some dudes who are probably smarter than me and you figured out that by injecting LOX into the exhaust of an NTR, they could get extra thrust that could be turned on and off. An afterburner if you will.
The LANTR LTV was a proposal for reusable lunar transport vehicles (LTVs) in the 90's.
Configuration C was a reusable tug with a capsule and cargo module of some sort attached.
It isn't discussed very much in the document, so I took a couple of creative liberties. It's a relatively simple craft to use. There is room for 2 droods in the capsule, and you can fit one in the cargo module, but it'd probably be cramped. You can keep the cargo mod in orbit, or dispose of it as you please. Just make sure to undock from it before re-entering.
