This is a cartoon styled cannon that can fire a cannonball up to a distance of around 300 meters.
Use the throttle to move the cannon forward.
Use the yaw to steer the cannon.
The steering tends to be a bit weird but it works most of the time.
To fire the cannon, just activate stage one.
If it doesn't work, try changing your physics setting.
