The Crown Minor is the second most powerful of the three crown positions.
The words Crown Minor refer to the physical crown and the royal position as the 2nd in command.
Droo runs under a very weird system: a triarchy/monarchy, and a presidency that has no term limit, entitling the incubment president to have 30 years of continous power, since late 1992.
The Crown Major, Minor, and Accessory were all crowned some time in 1892. The holders of each are the Queen, Crown Prince, and King Consort respectively.
Each of the three are known to be strangely long-lived, obviously.

Hugo Vargas, the founder of DrooMultiCompany and the longest-waiting heir to the monarchy, 130 years, with the exception of when his mother abdicated to his father, his father died a year into his reign, was succeeded by his son (Hugo Vargas), and brought back to life by some shady Cthulhu worship 2 days later, and then Hugo abdicated the throne back to his mother the day after that.
The Crown Minor is in charge of the military, among other minor government powers.
In the military, he is titled Majesty and the Queen is titled Imperial Majesty.
The Crown Minor is referred to with the Highness title in all other situations and meetings.
NOTE: this is not related to any extant monarchy, but there was a queen who did abdicate to her husband. Huh.

Note 2: the president is referred to as “His Excellency” or “Mr. President”, outside or inside of the planet of Droo respectively.
Note: The King Consort is referred to as such due to a misogynistic movement that went on from 1892 to 2021 that proposed that he, Fredrick, was the rightful monarch.
The only reason the Queen rose to power was because there were no male descendants or relatives within royal law eligible or old enough to take the throne.
And so, the crown was split in three, because back then, they really didn’t want an absolute monarchy.
The powers of the monarchy were reduced and split into three.
Because of the extreme age of all three, the line of succession, even just the direct one, is quite long.
