What I did was write down the tutorial orbit stuff and put it into vizzy to get a feel for it, it launches but afterwords it does non of the following steps. It would be very helpful if someone could look at my code and explain why it wont work.

Well, the first mistake is that "pitch" should have a value of 90 to -90. Second you should add when to shut down the engine, detach and start next level. For example: Wait until (altitude(ASL) =20000... Set the throttle to 0, active stage. As for the active stage is a few times to see your rocket stage settings
