hefty shuttle scratch rebuild phase 1.
alright, so i REALLY wanted to make my hefty shuttle fly perfectly but there were some issues with mass management and balamce, this rebuild should address both considering the new propulsion tech i was clued in on just recently is super lightweight.
tinkered solar panels and tinkered RTG for infinite fuel and power with very little mass and more room for cargo instead of huge fuel tanks. thats my plan. using ion engines specifically buffed to not be too powerful (little to no power outside the atmosphere) but tons of power in the atmosphere. should be able to accomplish this with some light tinkering and some nootropics so my brain can keep up.XD seriously though, this one is bigger, but will actually be way more balanced.
