The Orion Rover 3.0

Well hello again! :D

Updated, better and successor to the previous versions. The Orion Rover 3.0 is very much released!
With new and fresh modern design waiting to be seen in numerous adventures and new features!

First I need to thank you for downloading and getting the Orion Rover 2.0 upvoted, really made me motivated to retouch it once again!

Second, let's talk about bug fixes, new features and overall about the rover.

New stuff :
-Complete colour change of the rover.
-Complete computer redesign!
(Explained down below).
-The Crash Prevention System has been updated.
(Also explained down below).
-Stability improvments.

Now let's talk about the main updates, firstly about the computer.
The computer now runs a program that can tell if the rover is stable or not, by calculating its speed.
Wether the rover is stable or not, it will always be displayed on the MFD.
Second main update is the CPS update.
The annoying sounds have been removed, and changed the speed when the CPS brakes come in use.
