MHR stands for mars habitat reasearcher, it is our newest mission to the red planet, and it landed, without any issue's. it made a slow entry into mars's atmosphere, and used its 4 thrusters to slow itself down to a tolerable landing speed, it slowly reduced the speed of the capsule until the parachute successfully deployed, it then kept using its 4 thrusters to align itself with the planned landing site, it scanned rough and rocky terrain for a stable landing site, and then made a hard but successful landing onto the surface, once it touched down, operations began. the camera mast, which had been safely latched in place prior to liftoff, was unlatched and rotated into place, where it took its first image's of the martian surface, the landing site was near Olympus Mons, the probe will continue to operate under Orbispace until it retire's and will be decomissioned. likely after the RTG runs out of power
