@Chtite451SR2 many thousands of years ago. The ancient droods were a highly technological race that thrived until an astroid hit droo, destroying them all. Many of their artifacts such as this starmap were left behind after the disaster. The modern droods began to discover and study these artifacts.
As for the submarine, I am working on a larger project in sr2 at the moment but once that's done I think that I will start working on the sub. -
