Genuinely, you don't need to do anything. The second you spawn the rocket in, the countdown starts from T-1:01. The launch tower is also automated. Speaking of...LAUNCH TOWER!!!
Okay, it doesn't look great, I've seen some REALLY good ones on the workshop, but it is fully functional. Oh, also: the rocket IS automated, but you will need to use time warp (unfortunately, if you want to get into orbit, this isn't a choice) of at least 10x after SECO-1, as the game seems to have trouble orienting rockets properly if they're not burning or in time warp :/. Oh, but only time warp until about 46 seconds to apoapsis for best results.
There is still more I need to do with the rocket itself, mostly finer details and paintwork. The thing seems to function fine, it's just a little under-detailed. Oh, I may also add RCS thrusters (to solve the orientation issue mentioned earlier). Other than the time warp controls, you shouldn't have to click anything, the rocket should fly itself. I know it kind of takes the fun out of launching in the game, so I will upload the unprogrammed version later. I'll put the controls for the rocket in that post, as you don't need to do anything here.
Let me know what else you think I should add!
(Oh, also: during the countdown, at T-30, it says "Deluge activated." Well...I'm still trying to work out how in the world to so a sound suppression system in this game. So, nothing actually happens).
