This is the Manned Verison of my "Forerunner" rocket system. It's made up with a Manned Capsule and a Reuseable Rocket.

Recycling Pattern:

Boosters & Main Stage: Gliding.

Second Stage: Propulsive Landing.

Manned Capsule: Propulsive Landing.(Without Parachutes!)

Control:

AG1:(Rocket's Boosters & Main stage) Gliding Wings

AG2:(Manned Capsule) Docking Gear Shell

AG3:(Manned Capsule) Docking Gear

AG4:(Manned Capsule) Airlock

AG7:(Second Stage) Grid Fins

AG8:(Rocket Stages) Landing Gears

AG9:(Manned Capsule) Solar Panels

AG10:(Rocket Stages) RCS

Tips:

1:Don't forget to check your RCS if they are OK.

2:The separation beween Main stage and Second stage has explosive structure.

3:When recycling the gliding things, use NAV ball with some ways like flying a plane is okay, some times you can use "Translate Forward" to make thurst for flying forward a little more:-)

4:In fact, the power of the rocket is not can just carry such the mass of the water tank, It's just for the launcher carrier vehicle, the vehicle's lifting system will break if the payload becomes heavier.

5:The Solar Panels are one-time-release, better not to try to fold them back.

6:Take care while you are doing re-entry tasks, speed is important.

7:This is my first time to try interiors, Maybe it's not very good.

8:My mobile phone can runs it well, low down Terrain, Shadows and other not very important quality settings can helps much. More friendly verison will be released soon.

9:You can add the rocket to the last post's carrier vehicle and achieve mobile launcher.
