Auto Credit Based on InnovXSystems's Repulsor-7

Decided to turn the Repulsor-7 into the new PeaceLauncher Blossom because why not.

It has a similar payload capacity to the updated PeaceLauncher, just with a more capable but expendable upper stage (due to modularity being super cool it can be swapped for the original PeaceLauncher upper stage, and the upper stage from the Blossom can be used by the original PeaceLauncher, or by the Son Of Scorpio, and the Son Of Scorpio Heavy).

When landing the booster, if you press AG2 it will automatically shutdown engines so you start with 3 then switch to 1 if you want to do a landing like that instead of using all 7.
