@SharanyaBrataSaha if you fly it with a stick (not pulling your pitch all the way to the bottom like when you just press S) it is actually quite maneuverable. I also intentionally tuned its thrust down to make it have a top speed closer to the real one.

Thanks to all the upvoters, if you want more fuel, just fill up the other tanks. That doesn't affect maneuverability.
