Some may know that I am starting an irl aerospace company with my friends @Microbe, and my other friend who doesn’t use this site yet, but he will soon. (When he does, I’ll include him here). This is our first rocket (we’ll only move onto actual rockets when we’re all 18 and have licenses lol), if you can even call it that. Essentially a crude water bottle rocket with fins and a nosecone. Irl, the nosecone is stuck on there by a single duct tape hinge and flaps open when the rocket starts falling, deploying a light shopping bag as a parachute (one of those green transparent ones) and is recovered, but i couldn’t get that to work with hinges on such a small scale in JNO so i just put the parachute in an immobile nosecone, and it works the same. I’ll upload this on @Microbe’s account, and my other friend’s account when he joins. (So no accusing them of stealing)
