I don't have RSS, but can I fly any RSS rockets without using RSS?

@DJRianGamerYTonJUNO In theory, yes, but they may be able to orbit in Droo flights with only one stage rocket, and if you want to use them in Droo more realistically, you can try to solve this problem by reducing the burn time of the first stage or how it is possible to burn at low altitude and on the ground to about 60 percent (reducing fuel tank filling or increasing fuel consumption rate)
