Defect found, I don't have an army of debuggers but here's the fixed version
Notes:
Even more heavy modifications were made on the system's SAM-2U missile.
The new missile has a completely new guidance and warhead section that acts as a seperate kill vehicle stage when in space.
This new missile designated SAM2U-EA (Extended Altitude) now has insane altitude coverage, all targets (satellites included) up to 1,000,000m altitude are easy prey.
The new missile is heavier, faster, bigger than previous versions but is not meant to replace earlier version as top advanced features like acceleration compensation have been left out for lighter code.
No Ali Base enemies will be left untouched by this system now haha.
Also the second stage works best above 40 fps
.
enjoy 🖐
Updates:
- Fixed and Improved Fuse disruption at very high fps.
- Exo-Atmospheric Interception Unlocked.

Lore:
Ever since the conflict between DSC Aerodrome and Ali Base forces happened, sabotage attemps by Ali Base have stopped.
But they secretly continued advancing and producing more sophisticated weapons.
DSC Spies in the desert reported and photographed new ballistics missiles being developed secretly under the base's bunkers.
There even have been talks about a new ICBM that can strike DSC accross the big droo ocean.
So, trying not to be a sitting duck, The DSC security chief ordered the production of missiles capable of naturalizing high altitude threats.
And so began the production and manufacturing of improved SAM2 missiles.

@HEMGroup thanks alot for the feedback.
that is why debugging is a stage in development aswell.
I think i have found & fixed the issue with fuse here's the link.
could you test it and see if it works? so then i could re-direct people to the fixed version. -

It seems like the missile's fuse has an issue.
I set the heat damage and physical damage to zero, but even then, during its boost phase, it would explode before hitting the target.
I’m not sure, maybe it wasn’t reaching the target because when I launched it under a range of 80 kilometers, it worked fine.
Above 80 kilometers, it would always explode and show the self-destruction messag. -

@TritonAerospace appreciated. I remove the block that auto activates the fuse?

@Silverback thanks for the bug reports, the overheat issue are probably on your side. i've tested both the lofting ascension and declension and no part overheat.
the explosions due to the fuse are prolly the impact fuse you can remove the impact fuse easily. -
753 Silverback
Sorry, that should be all parts in the steep reentry overheat and explode before reentry.
-
753 Silverback
At steep reentry, sensor takes excessive heat damage and explodes so a heat shield is necessary

@TritonAerospace missile explodes at 9608meter altitude just after takeoff
@TritonAerospace Yeah, definitely!
I just tested it, and it worked perfectly.
It destroyed the target at a distance of 90 kilometers above the ground.
Very stable and effective.👌👌
