Wander-2

Wander-2 (Codename Object D)was the second spacecraft launched into Droo orbit The scientific satellite carried a large array of instruments for geophysical research of the upper atmosphere and near space.
It was actually planned to be the frist Satellite to be launched but delays due to problems developing the extensive scientific experiments and their telemetry system. The new K-1 intercontinental ballistic missile was ready to launch before Object D was finished Worried at the prospect of Other countries launching a satellite before so it was decided that the relatively simple "Wander-1" (Object PS), would be the first satellite to be launched instead.
