@kittman in the steam beta there is a new feature allowing you to control pitch and roll with your mouse. The center indicator is so you can center your mouse so the plane doesn't do things you do want it to do

This is the finest little pizzer delivery plane I've ever flown! Slow and steady delivery in 30 minutes-ish, weather notwithstanding.
And since I want to sound like a complete idiot I must ask: what is the center indicator for? never seen/used it before. -
