Saturn I Pegasus1

This rocket was a milestone in US space history. The spent second stage and balast was put into orbit and became the de facto largest satelite ever launched by mass. This was the first time the United States was ahead of the Soviet Union since the launch of Sputnik I.

This will autolaunch and go until second stage burnout wich should put it in LDO.

- the streamy thing coming out the side on the bottom is the inboard engine turbine exhaust. With the H-1C/D engines, the turbopumps were driven by a solid fuel gas generator and this is what was ducted overboard.
