With interest in the all round capabilities of a prototype APC developed for SFA Strike units, including the pressurized cabin, all terrain capabilities, electric configuration, and relatively light construction, topped with complete CBRN protection, and long range telecommunications unit, Aerospace Div decided it was better to upgrade model XPC-30 into their all purpose manned rover for extraterrestrial land travel.

Heavy reconfigurations were made to make the 45 metric ton vehicle lighter. Though the weight is undesirable, the unit is very easily made to be disassembled into main packages that can be delivered into space via SSTO.

The unit is equipped with racks up on top to be able to accommodate any other additional equipment needed for the exploration needed.

The unit is also desirable for transportation in unknown terrains of unknown levels of danger due to its already rugged and redundant features, making it desirable to MTF Beta 7 and Zeta 9 of the [ REDACTED ]

Otherwise, it only has a drawback of needing solar energy to charge or plugging into a local power outlet and low driver visibility.
