De Havilland Canada DHC-6 "Twin Otter" commuter airplane with interior.
Perhaps the most versatile commuter Airplane ever made, the intrepid Twin Otter is widely popular for inter-island transport thanks to is Short Take Off and Landing (STOL) capabilities which meant it could fly to airports with very short runways, like those found in very small islands.
NEW YEAR, NEW PLANE
Behold my first original Airplane build this 2023, this Twin Otter with Drood accessible interior, the second propeller plane I ever made from scratch. I finally added built in stairs on the rear door so your Drood will have ease of boarding. With just over 200 parts, should be very well playable even with potato phones.
SLIDER 1 + DOWN / NEUTRAL = Extend/Retract Flaps
Motors AG = The plane is purely powered propellers driven by twin electric motors, activate the motor to start the engine and fly the plane.
Rear Door AG = Opens the LH rear door which also acts as stairs
*All other AG functions similar to my other airplane builds
INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR SHORT TAKE-OFF (STOL)
Set Flaps (Slider 1) to 65-70% Down position and Preset Pitch (ELEVATOR) slider from 35-40% Down position (nose up) before take-off. Once on the runway at full engine power, the plane should take off by itself at about 60-65 mtrs/sec ground speed. Prevent the too much pitch-up moment by adjusting the pitch slider to your preference. Upon reaching 1000 mtrs altitude, reduce throttle to about 85% to lessen the stress on the propellers. Overspeeding and steep dives could cause the propellers to wobble, but won't destroy it. Altitude ceiling is about 6000 mtrs at ~100 mtrs/sec cruisng airspeed. Due to the design of the Rudder, avoid striking the tail to the ground, doing so will hamper a proper take off rotation.

@FunkPunk thank you. I thought when you put a wing into a fuel tank the physics automatically detect a wing surface and not a tank, I guess the last update changed that already.

Very nice. I had some trouble at first, seems like part of the wing surfaces was occluded. Once I set the inner wing occlusion to “never” it flew real nicely.
This airplane is so special
