When in Terrain Following mode the throttle sets the target altitude from 0 to 250 metres above the ground.
Now completely smoothly flyable using the Pitch/Yaw/Throttle sliders alone or on mobile.

This is great, it's very stable and great to fly.
I replaced the nose cone and did some of the cargo career missions.
I copied two of them together Chinook style for heavier cargo and it works pretty well!
