HLV-30: Heavy Lift 30.5 tons Launch Vehicle

The first HLV class of MSEA, Born From Project-30. That how we see HLV-30A Made to Send A 30 tons Payload to LEO, 30 Maiden Flight was to sent the newest MSEA Station Module weight around 28 Tons The mission was successful and This lead to a new MSEA HLV in Future

During the development of the HLV-30A, MSEA (Mercury Space Exploration Agency) Has some problem with MLV-18B because the module is heavy (28 Tons) they has nothing to launch it to LEO But, At 03 February MSEA Propose a HLV Design to with target Payload of 30 Tons and we called it Project-30, After some Years of Development finally At February 13 (5 Years later) MSEA Finally made the maiden flight that also its a special mission since its contribute on the building of the station. Flight 001 (like in Screenshot Successfully Dock to the station and The mission is success.
