ROVR is a rover built for kind of harsh terrains.
This rover has got some features like on-flight customisable wheel arm.
And best of all..a full 180 degree rotation of whole body/arm assembly if you ever flip upside down and need to get back up (AG1 & slider 4)
equiped with a night vision cam, a main front cam with 180 rotaion. (AG 4 with slider 2 & throttle)
a vizzy program to automate its drive arm configuration. (AG 5)
some handful of lights and gyro (AG 6, AG 7, AG 8).
solar panels and RCS (AG 9 & AG 10)
(yes this have 10 action groups idk why...)
AG1- wheel angle motors (to adjust the angle between wheels and the the rotation of the whole arm)
AG2- AWD (wouldnt recommend holding down W tapping would be better..)
AG3- lights (some lights)
AG4- cam utility (throttle to raise cam 1 and slider 2 to gange the direction of cam 3)
AG5- configure wheel arms (automatic thing for AG1)
AG6- flood lights
AG7- gyro
AG8- beacon light
AG9- solar panels

the wheels may be wobbly but it did work for me though like i said would not recommend holding down w when driving because it can go really FAST well not that fast but fast enough to tip over so be careful enjoy..
