Due to high part count because of the paint scheme, this craft is not mobile friendly. However, I have made an unlisted version with a significantly lower part count, but, same performance as this one.
Mobile Friendly Version
Controls:
AG4: TVC Control Stage 1
- Turns thrust vector control on, though limited in range
AG5: TVC Control Stage 2
- Turns on second stage of thrust vector control, unlocking full range of motion
AG8: Landing Gear
- Activates landing gear
AG9: Solar Panels
- Deploys mini solar panels to charge batteries, only nessicary for long flights to keep control of the craft
AG10: RCS Thrusters
- Turns on RCS thrusters to allow for more low speed control/full stall control
General Information
While this aircraft is very closely modeled to the Rockwell X-31, I adjusted some of the performance values such as the total max thrust ( 134kN ) when compared to the IRL counterpart (~80kN), as well as both the wet and dry weight of this aircraft. While this could have been more closely matched, I found that it creates a much more usable aircraft to have these values adjusted to their current state versus an exact copy of the IRL counterpart. If there is enough request for it, I will try to make a more accurate version, but, I don't plan on it unless there is a large demand for it.
