This is based on a 1930’s sounding rocket.
History: Sounding rockets were very unreliable and used soild fuel and rocket engines. Also they were usually small and burned very fast and had small 1st stages. Most ahd fins on both stages too.
Its apogee is usually above 300 km and will sometimes make it back to the ground with no damage.
