This is a very rough design of a fully re-useable rocket concept, where the first stage bellyflops through the atmosphere and does a flip and burn ,softly landing. Now this version is meant to test the first stage landing, where it will attempt to do a soft splashdown in the water.

I Will be making a future version where the second stage is reusable to
