Each of these monstrosities can carry 200-Tons to LDO, but the only difference is the fuel in the tanks, the size of the orange tanks (To compensate for density), and the nozzle size (To compensate for extra fuel weight). The idea here was to see the full price of using each fuel in a rocket. On the full rocket, Hydrolox cost 112.4 M, then went down 6.22% to methalox at 105.8 M, then went down 4.91% to kerolox at 100.6 M. A similar pattern showed for the second stage, at 22.2M-20.8M-19.7M. Of course, this doesn't mean Kerolox is the superior fuel economically automatically, prices get insane if you were doing an interplanetary transfer with kerolox, and a lighter second stage might vastly reduce the cost as a smaller first stage could be used, so I might look into that in a part 2. UPDATE: The Hydrolox-Kerolox mixed rocket cost 102.8 M, the Hydrolox-Metholox mixed rocket cost 107.0 M, and the Metholox-Kerolox mixed cost 101.6
