Conestoga 1620

For we're proud of NASA's heroes, but we'd rather raise our glass, to the hardnosed bloody bastards who will get us into space" - From "Bloody bastards", part of the album Fire in the sky by Jordin kare.This is the 1620 variant of Conestoga, an asperegus staged rocket based off the LGM-30 Minuteman missile family. [Desc WIP, will work on later] The payload, a random box with solar panels is on the very edge of lifting capacity for this rocket as it is, so it is advised that the end user replace it with something lighter. Also this is semi optimized but not well, so if you want to get max performance, finer fine tuning than I have done is advised.
