Hello again.
The Obley Craft is a manned, single seater space-plane. Umlike others, it is launched from on top of a larger booster stage. The Obley Craft is mainly meant as a test vehicle, and has no capacit for cargo. The on;y real purpose it could serve is transporting astronauts to low-orbiting space stations.
Launch:
Launching the Obley Craft is very simple. Start at full throttle. Once in the air, immediately roll the rocket so that the belly of the space-plane is facing West. From there, it's the general orbit procedure.
Landing:
To land the Obley Craft is a little more complicated. For deorbiting, I'd say you'll want to reenter at a little less than a 90 degree angle, nose up, belly prograde. I suggest keeping as much fuel as you can, as you may need it to keep speed on the final approach. The landing speed for the Obley Craft is around 200 m/s. Stall speed is around 185 m/s.
I do plan on making another version of this at the moment, though it is not a guarantee. Thats about it.
Have a nice day.

Fun fact, I named this craft after my test pilot in KSP, Obley Kerman. There were around 7 different versions of this that I made prior, both in KSP and JNO, hence the number 8 in the name.
